My interests vary from Landscapes and Wildlife to Sports and People Movement of any kind interests me and whether its waves or wind I find that nature will always provide me with the challenge that I need to capture. I hope you enjoy my images and I try to tell a story in every one.

Who Is NEILJ
Taking photographs has always been a hobby for me since I got to use my Dads old Browning box camera back in the 60s I still remember my first printed image and the feeling that I had captured my subject perfectly. My father was quite surprised and encouraged me to pursue photography as a hobby and help me understand the various elements that I needed to get better. 50 years later here I am. No more Browning, no more developing prints and waiting to see the end result. Technology has move me on and now my trusty Canon is my best companions

This image was taken in the Dublin Mountains one Sunday morning. I was hoping for riders coming in the opposite direction but this worked out well. The autumn colors are really clear and very little PP needed to be done
Stone Pyramid

I took the time to build this pyramid one Saturday morning while hoping to catch some surfers but the waves were to light to entice them out in to the water, so I took to building stone pyramids. This effort highlights how one tiny stone on the left hand side can keep the entire structure from falling down.
